- Server Access & Security Logs: Retained for a rolling 90-day window for threat detection and diagnostic debugging, then automatically overwritten.
- Analytics & Aggregated Metrics: Stored in pseudonymized or anonymized formats for up to 14 months without direct link to individual identifiability.

If personal records are transferred outside the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area (EEA), Markdex ensures an adequate level of data protection via UK International Data Transfer Agreements (IDTAs), the UK Addendum to EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or statutory adequacy regulations recognized by the UK Secretary of State.
